Samuel Hine is GQ’s Fashion Writer. Sam joined GQ as an assistant in 2016. After mastering the art of booking travel and filing expenses for Condé Nast editors, he was a writer and editor for GQ Style, the erstwhile quarterly fashion and luxury publication. In 2019, he became a style editor at GQ, and was appointed to his current role in 2022. Alongside Noah Johnson and Rachel Tashjian, Sam hosted the celebrated style and culture podcast Corporate Lunch. (Returning to the airwaves soon! Maybe.) Last year, he launched the popular GQ newsletter Show Notes, which chronicles the scene at global fashion weeks. (Which you can sign up for here.) Sam also writes profiles of designers, celebrities, artists, and influencers across the magazine and GQ.com.
